Luis Cubille

Luis is 28 years old from Waterbury Connecticut originally. After 3 1/2 years of extensive training, he has taken his skill to South Florida to start his career immediately after hair school. Luis has utilized the last five years, here in Florida, to hone in on his skills as a precision blonde specialist and extension specialist. He provides excellent work and always puts his client’s integrity of their hair first!
