SCHEDULING

We require a credit card to hold each reservation. In the event that you have to cancel or reschedule a reservation, 48 hours notice is required. I understand that emergencies do happen, but out of respect for our team please give the time to refill your spot as many of my services require a full date appointment especially corrective and blonding sessions.

Details: A 48 hour cancelation notice is required. If a cancelation is made after the 48 hour period a charge of 50% of the booked service will be taken. If the appointment is cancelled same day OR in the event of a no show, we will charge the FULL price of booked services.

We value your time and ask you to value ours. We require a credit card to hold your spot but is never charge upon booking. It is a HOLD. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to give us a call we would be happy to answer any and all concerns.

*If credit card is ran because of any of the events above and declined we will require a charge prior to booking again.

* We understand life happens and some exceptions do apply.

Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled reservation we will not be able to guarantee that you will receive the full services scheduled.

SALON POLICIES

  • Children are not allowed at the salon. If you bring a child with you to your appointment, you will be kindly asked to reschedule to another day or time and may be subject to the same-day cancelation fee.

  • Please do not bring others with you to your appointments. We have limited space that we reserve for clients receiving services. 

  • Some complex or corrective color services may require multiple visits/services to achieve your desired results. Your stylist will tell you directly if your goal cannot be achieved in one sitting.

  • We do not issue refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your hair, we would love to make adjustments for you within 7 days of your original service!

  • No color service is guaranteed if you have box color present in your hair, since box color has an inconsistent nature.

  • Your color, keratin, or extension service will only be guaranteed if you invest in the recommended products directly from our salon. If you do not invest in the recommended products we cannot perform any complimentary redo services.

SICK POLICY


If you are sick or have symptoms, your hairstylist must be notified and your appointment will be rescheduled. If you arrive at your appointment and appear sick, the appointment will be canceled. Please be considerate of all others in the facility.
